As I suspected, John, W4FRU is facing serious difficulties
at home.  This is preventing him from keeping the BS7H
cards flowing with his normal efficiency.

In the mean time, if you are a non-JA waiting for a 1997
BS7H QSL card,  send me an e-mail.  I will judge the
size of the demand and see what I can do.  If you have
determined from the website that you are OK in the
log and are not in a particular hurry to get a card, please
just QRX.  The cards will come.  If you are not sure about
being in the log send me a query, and I will confirm
whether you are in the log or not.

I don't have cards now, but I believe I will have a small
quantity in a short time.  Please accept our apology for
this unavoidable delay.
